With the festive season approaching, do you see any upswing on your sales?

Sales have been very low this time, withstanding the festivities. There has not been any commendable business this time. However, sales are expected to increase during Christmas period.

What are the major problems you face with your vendors? Do you find vendor's expectations reasonable?

Being situated at a remote place is one of our major drawbacks. Availability of products on time becomes a challenge. To add to the woes, vendors sometimes have crazy expectations from us. If for example we grow by five percent, they would expect themselves to grow by 10 percent. Vendors sometimes are too rigid in their approach and acts too hard to handle.

Do you have any computer association in Shillong? If you do not have one, do you want one association of that sort?

We do not have any computer association at the moment. Although one such association existed in the past, but now it has become non-operational. Undoubtedly we would like to have an association, which would act as a backbone for dealers like us.
