Hyderabad-based Intellisight India, an end-to-end medical BPO company, is
scouting for land to put its ‘technology park by 2007’ plan in action.
"We need to sc-ale and are looking at a 10,000 seater facility in four
phases," said G Lokender Reddy, MD, Intellisight.

The plans include a full-fledged campus complete with a residential block in
a spread of 25 acre. The one year-old-company with a front office in Florida has
managed to keep attrition zero and has 30 US-based doctors as its clients
serviced by its staff of 50 in Hyderabad and another 14 in the US.

In first year of its operation, Intellisight brought in revenues to the tune
of Rs 5 crore with an overall investment of Rs 4 crore in India and the US. In
view of elections in the US, Intellisight COO Y Venkataa Raman has revised his
100 percent year-on-year growth estimate to a conservative 40 percent in terms
of people and revenues. He is looking forward to adding another 10 clients this
year while plans for scaling up the year after are underway.

Currently the company is concentrating on cardiology, gastroenterology and
pulmo-nary diseases segments and is negotiating with a hospital Florida for
outsourcing some of their processes. However, dea-ling with complexity of
outsourcing for a hospital is more complex than doing coding, transcription,
billing, claims processing etc for a physician agrees Raman.

"We will scale up after perfecting the process," he said.
