Ingram Micro and Tyco Electronics collaborate in India

Ingram Micro India Pvt Ltd (IMIPL) and Tyco Electronics Corporation India Pvt Ltd, have announced the launch of a marketing tie-up for distribution of AMP NETCONNECT range of UTP and Fiber range of Structured Cabling systems products. 

The appointment of Ingram Micro India as the distributor in India, enhances the reach of AMP NETCONNECT products and systems for enterprise, SMBs, ISPs, service providers and other industry verticals across the country.

IMIPL and Tyco Electronics, India, together plan to map new markets and chalk strategies to increase penetration and market share in India through innovative marketing programs, value-added selling propositions, end-to-end solutions offerings and logistics support. The Tyco Electronics' AMP NETCONNECT product portfolio will complement a significant component in IMIPL's existing offerings of networking and access solutions under the Networking Solutions Division (NSD) and enable it to position itself as a one-stop source for meeting diverse channel requirements.
