Delhi-based Infotech Network Systems is all set to launch its two new products in the market. These two products include an Employee Relationship Management (ERM) suite Jumpstart Touche and Partner Relationship Management (PRM), portal ebuyjunction.com. The company will formally launch these products on January 15, 2002 in Delhi and on January 24, 2002 in Mumbai.
Jumpstart Touche automates and enhances high importance high frequency employee centric interactions across the enterprise, irrespective of geographical locations as it is based on the concept of Intranet. The software maintains the employee database and also handles the employee-related issues.
It has features to store records of entire employee base, that include information such as skill sets, rewards received by the employee, experience, training attended, as well as a comprehensive data of family details. It also keeps track of the entire employment history of every individual employee from the date of joining till he resigns or retires. It also manages the standard HR functions like recruitment, induction and appraisal. This ERM module can be customized according to the specific client need. The price of the product ranges from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 15 lakh depending on the usability.
The second product, ebuyjunction.com, an e-procurement service is meant to automate the process of managing the relationship of any organization with its key partners for their procurement and distribution activities. ebuyjunction.com also enables enterprises to interact with its suppliers to compare and negotiate quality, quantity and price and delivery schedule to buy the product and in a time systematic manner.
This not only provides the option to the enterprise to buy from best possible source but also cuts down cost and inventory. Since this PRM solution will primary be delivered through an ASP model, it will help both the enterprises as well as its partners to get the benefit without spending a fortune or bothering about the ownership issues related to software. The company will charge Rs 1 lakh for services and Rs 7.5 lakh for customized solutions.
