Ibhar signs up 14 new customers globally, expands into Europe

Chennai-based Ibhar Software, a Revenue Performance Management (RPM) solution provider has shown spectacular growth in the last quarter. The company has acquired 14 new customers to implement its RPM solution.

The clients acquired in India include Wipro e-Peripherals, ITC Bhadrachalam, Amex- My Finance, Beehives, Informatics and Real Image. Globally the company has orders from Zimmer, APS Chemicals, Tesa Tapes, CSR, Flowers, United Transport Services and Pracom in Australia.

Ibhar has also entered into marketing alliances with the consulting and implementation companies in Australia and Holland. These alliances would help Ibhar sell, promote and implement the RPM solutions globally. Ibhar has also seen a positive growth in the last quarter. Its resources both in potential and number have been on the rise.

C Bernard, Managing Director, Ibhar Software said, "This upward growth at Ibhar proves the fact that the RPM solution developed by us is truly successful in the working conditions relevant in our country today and is not based on just good concept."

Ibhar also extended its operations into the European market. In this regard the company recently acquired Numac as their customer. Ibhar plans to open offices in Europe to service their growing customer base in that market. Currently Ibhar has offices in India and Australia.

Through its RPM solutions, Ibhar will reengineer the entire process for all its clients. It would define the process, numbers, and expectations and enforce teams to achieve results. Ibhar's RPM solution is designed at automating the customer acquisition process in the retail segment. Thus this will enable the sales management team to track monitor and manage the benchmark requirements at all levels.
