IAMCP to focus on partnering and expansion

International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners India West Chapter has said that the Microsoft partners’ association would focus on partnering and expansion in the next fiscal year. The association re-elected Suresh Ramani, CEO of TechGyan as a president of IAMCP West Chapter. Vimesh Avlani , CEO, Graftronics and Nazmeen Ansari , Director , Matrix 3D have been re- elected as Secretary and Treasurer respectively.

Talking about the future roadmap of IAMCP, Ramani said that the association of Microsoft partners would focus on partnering and expansion. “We have a very clear focus on partnering and we will try to bring as many Microsoft partners on board. Our focus aligns with Microsoft and we will work towards creating a communication bridge between partners and Microsoft”, Ramani said.

Ramani said that Azure, Enterprise Mobility and Office 365 would be the key focus areas of business, however, it would also encourage partners to develop applications on Windows platform.

“Cloud has changed the things dramatically and it is the right time to become a Microsoft partner to tap prospects in the cloud business. We will educate our partners on Microsoft’s cloud strategy and work with them in the sync with Microsoft vision”, Ramani said.

He said that IAMCP would encourage representation from all set of partners such as SIs, Cloud aggregators, ISVs and hosting partners. He said that the executive committee will be elected in the next board meeting scheduled on 25th November.

IAMCP is the prominent networking platform for Microsoft partners in the world. IAMCP is operating in more than 40 countries. IAMCP, India, West chapter, comprises major Microsoft channel partners in Mumbai and Maharashtra. Apart from West chapter, IAMCP has South and Hyderabad chapter as well.
