In a bid to offer cloud based services to the SMB space, 15 leading IT infrastructure services providers and system integrators from all over India have decided to form an All Time IT solution company. Following are the companies who have been identified and come forward for this unique initiatives-Ashtech, CI InfoTech, Dixit Infotech, Dotcad, FutureBiz, Orbit, Orient, PC Solutions, Precision, Progression, SK International, Sara Infoway, Shro Systems, Valuepoint Systems and Vintech

The company has appointed Devendra Taneja of PC Solutions as chairman and director; Ajay Sawant (Orient) will be the MD; Rajiv Gupta (Sara Infoway), Shaishav Singh (Dotcad) and RS Shanbhag (Valuepoint Systems) are the three directors. This company will be offering various services like virtual private server, backup as a service, virtual desktop, portal as a service and SaaS offerings to its customers.

While confirming the formation of this company, Taneja, without commenting on the go to market strategy, said, "We can't speak much on this at the moment. But, we are part of this newly formed company and are formulating our strategy."

This company has been well supported by partners like HP, Microsoft and Citrix. According to Barun P Lala, director, key markets, enterprise business, HP India, "All Time IT company is a unique initiative taken by top 15 HP's enterprise solution providers in India. This company will be offering HP's scalable and converged infrastructure to the SMB through the cloud based model. Moreover, this company will be responsible to devise it own go to market strategy. This company is yet to start its operations commercially."

Lala also pointed, " HP's enterprise partners have joined hands themselves to form a company to address the SMB market. HP has no stake or interest in the formation of this company."
