Houston Technologies expands operations

Houston Technologies Ltd will provide broad portfolio of services, technologies and third party solutions to its customers. To provide services to its clients, the company has tied up with companies like Micromuse Inc for system integration, Strata Soft Inc for call centers and with Tronic Group for contact free readable writable identification chip.

The company has tied up with Micromuse Inc to provide high-end Network management solutions. These solutions will cater to Telecommunication Service Providers, ISP and Enterprise Networks. The system will ensure the uptime of Network-based customer services and application. 

With the help of the designing team, it will develop multimedia content like corporate presentations, product portfolio etc for their clients. The company presents the content to its clients in a unique visiting size CD-ROM. The company has signed up with Swiss company called AVO Media.

Announcing the launch of the company, Bipin Ahuja President and CEO, Houston Technologies said, "In today's competitive and ever changing world of technology, to make sure that our customers get world class services we have tied up with some of the well established companies of the world. With customer relation management key to any successful business there is a great need for immediate access to information and efficiency of information. Thus, call centers have become most powerful tool. Houston Technologies have tied up with Strata Soft Inc a Houston based company for its Call Center software solutions."

He further added, "We are not only looking at India but are exploring overseas markets as well. For this the company has set up state of art software development center with High-speed communication links. The company also has the capacity to take both off shore and on line site Software Development projects". He added, "the company in its first year of operations is aiming to achieve a turnover of Rs. 18 crores". 

Sandeep Kalhan, Senior VP and CTO said, "The company has signed up with Tronic Group of Switzerland to provide to its customers the contact free readable- writable identification chip. People related to tourism, airline ticketing, fairs and e-Commerce would benefit from this product".

The company besides having its office in Delhi has also set up a wholly owned subsidiary at Boston, US.
