Home Trade, a financial services company of the convergence economy, has announced its alliance with HCL Comnet, a Internet performance management company, for managing and monitoring the availability of their site. This partnership aims at reinforcing Home Trade's commitment to constantly raise the bar on the level of its financial management services and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
HCL Comnet will leverage its online performance management product, to offer a mission-critical and real-time website performance, availability and diagnostic information to Home Trade. The site will be monitored from HCL Comnet's Network Operations Center (NOC) in NOIDA and enable the company to proactively identify and resolve network bottlenecks, to ensure significantly enhanced uptime and performance.
In order to ensure a consistently good performance of the Home Trade site as well as its 24x7 availability from any ISP/city in the country, HCL Comnet will monitor critical URL's and transactions on the site every 15 minutes from its 10 monitoring locations in India and US. Home Trade will thus, know almost instantaneously if users in a particular city/ISP are facing problems in accessing the site and be able to initiate corrective actions accordingly, thus ensuring optimum service to their customers.
