Higrade's new venture...

Starts providing hardware and software services

After the successful launch of their branded UPS now Higrade have jumped in

computer AMC business. Informing about this recent development Hardeep Singh ,

Director, Higrade Com-puter Systems told that now Higrade will also provide com-puter

hardware and software services to its customers.

In the first phase Higrade will cover entire Punjab and Chandigarh and after

six months it would move towards other northern states inclu-ding, Haryana,

Himachal Pra-desh, Rajasthan and Delhi.

Company will provide com-puter services to banks, gove-rnment departments,

schools, colleges, MNC companies, fac-tories, insurance companies, army units,

BSF, hospitals, automobiles dealers, SSI units and departmental stores.

Company officials' claimed that they would provide onsite services within

02 to 03 hours to customers after call regi-stration. Higrade have also

introduced 24 hours customer care helpline and launch of more helpline for

customers are in pipeline. He told that company would provide stan-dby

replacement till repair. He told that with their standby replacement service

customer would get more benefits. He also told that company would hire 150 to

200 computer hard-ware engineer and technicians to cover their client's

computer related problems. He told that we fix more that 75 percent of technical

problems over the phone and have engineers for providing field service.
