Though there are local language systems already available in the market, none of the local language fonts have been in conformation with the Unicode standard so far. In layman terms, this means that so far no other Indian player has offered regional language font that has universal acceptance, Unicode being a character encoding system, like ASCII, designed to help developers who want to create software applications that work in any language in the world.
