HCL, Pitney Bowes deliver mail inserting systems

HCL Infosystems launched digital mail inserting systems in collaboration with Pitney Bowes, USA. The company launched the 3 Series Desktop Inserting System, 5 Series Tabletop Inserting System and the 8 Series Inserting System.

These systems can execute addressing, folding, inserting, weighing, rating and metering jobs depending upon the user requirements. The 3 Series Desktop Inserting System has a cycle speeds of up to 2500 pieces per hour. Automatic switching sheet feeder avoids interruptions when running single sheet applications processed on systems with two sheet feeders and has one of the lowest fault rate in its class of inserters. The 5 Series Tabletop Inserting System can fold and insert material at a cycle speeds up to 4200 pieces per hour, twenty times faster than hand and has a continuous forms processing capability when linked to a burster or a cutter.

Jeffrey M Brennan, Director of Sales, Mailing System, Pitney Bowes, said "We feel that there is a huge market potential for such products in India.
