Gigabyte launches 'Anywhere RMA'

Gigabyte has announced that its post-sales pick-and-deliver service for

motherboards, has commenced from July 1. The service are provided through Accel

Frontline Services.

Introduced only in the Indian market, this service is being provided for

places that fall more than 25km away from existing service centers, ie Accel

Frontline Services and Digicare RMA centers.

To strengthen its post-sales infrastructure, Gigabyte is sprucing up the

level one and level two supports. The service calls can be booked through the

ASP websites.

“With growing customer base, we have been working on an enhanced service and

supply chain initiative for these locations,” explained Rajan Sharma, GM-Sales

MB BU, Gigabyte India.
