Both the cases came into picture in the month of August and the association is following up on this matter. Mahinder Aggarwal, president, ADCTA said that they lodged the complaint against which an FIR was registered and have undertaken all necessary legal procedures against the companies. He said, "Shanti Computers is still missing with Rs 90 lakh while Sagar has defaulted Rs 70 lakh"

However, he said that Sagar approached them recently for a settlement for which talks are going on, but the owners of Shanti Infotech are absconding.

Around 100 partners are assumed to be affected by the scam by the companies, now based out of Nehru Place.

In order to tackle these kinds of problem in future, the association has started a verification drive of its members. Aggarwal added, "We are asking our partners to submit a copy of their voter id card, Adhar Card, PAN card number along with a permanent address proof with the association This will prove to be a deterrent for defaulters."

The association has also appointed a lawyer in order to tackle these legal issues, mentioned Aggarwal.

Swarn Singh, secretary ADCTA pleaded the need for unity to solve these problems quickly. He added, "Our members did not apprise us of the association at the time when their first cheque was bounced. We would have taken immediate action at the point of incidence."
