Forum for ISV partners from Oracle

Oracle India Pvt Ltd has announced the launch of a mid market solutions forum
to be held in seven cities across India. The "Oracle Take Off Summit"
organized with key independent soft-ware vendors (ISV) catering to this market
segment, started on May 3, 2005 in New Delhi.

According to the press release, this forum will highlight low-cost,
high-growth solutions that are designed specifically for mid market
organizations in India. Apart from Delhi, the other cities where this summit
will be held are Chennai, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Pune, Ahmeda-bad and Ludhiana.

This is also a key go-to-market element of Oracle India's ISV Lifecycle
Program launched earlier this year and follows a series of ISV forums and
technology forums. These forums that were conducted over the last few months to
enable Oracle India's key ISV partners in the mid market segment offer the
solutions developed on Oracle techno-logies to prospects and custo-mers in a
cost effective, scala-ble and highly available manner.

The release further stated that this seven-city summit will provide Oracle's
ISVs and customers a platform to come together and discuss the solutions offered
by these ISVs on the Oracle platforms for the mid market, namely Oracle Database
10g Standard Edition, Oracle Database 10g Standard Edition One and Oracle
Application Server 10g Standard Edition.

Some of the ISVs and Partners that will be part-icipating in these summits
are Path Infotech, QSoft Systems and Solutions, Rap-id Effect Technology, Che-nab,
Netguru India, IVL India, Eastern Software Systems, Clover Technologies, Spider
Systems and Relational Technologies.
