F-Secure envisions to double their partners by 2017.

F-Secure, Finland based cybersecurity firm which has been functioning in the Indian landscape from the last two years is planning to double their revenues every three years. The Company presently has to its credit 500 partners in India and is further aiming to have 1000 partners by the end of fiscal 2016.

In last two years we have accumulated 1000 customers and 500 channel partners which is also an achievement,” informed Amit Nath, Head of Asia Pacific (Corporate Business), F-Secure.

Jaakko Hyttinen, VP Sales of Global, Corporate Channel, F-Secure on his first visit to India discusses their plans and said, “We are ready to invest a lot of our development efforts getting channels that would grow stronger with us and make us different in segment”.

Upon the question of investing with partners he added,”We are interested in working with partners and increasing their profitability, reducing their cost of business and at the same time making sure they build a huge services business. The response received so far has been encouraging for us to continue with our approach and expand further in the country “.

F-Secure's transformation from that of a consumer focused company to corporate market, today the hindmost contributing 40% of company's revenues.

Focusing on the aspect of cybersecurity, as there is persistent threat online like ransomware which is a burning issue, F-Secure will roll out new products and channel policies in the Indian market.

The new channel belief simulate a need in the market that makes tailor made products for the SMB channel, creating channel polices and structures meant to enhance competitive edge of partners and protect their customers from modern day cybersecurity threats,” announced the company.

It is noteworthy that South Asia and India happens to be the biggest market for F-Secure in APAC region.
