X-Fort enterprise Ex­treme Fort is a system that prevents employees from
stealing confidential information. There are three main functions of X-Fort. It
records all computer acti­vities of employees in every detail and controls
insecure acti­vities, such as burning CDs and printing documents, etc. It keeps
all applications run­ning well, and secure from threats. X-Fort is a system
that controls every computer in the enterprise by using client-server based
architec­ture. According to the secu­rity policy, a company can set limits of
authority for emplo­yees in order to control any possible channel to take out
information by employees.

Besides, X-Fort also pro­vides hard disk protection to prevent employees
from stealing information by booting from floppy disk, cascading hard disk, etc.
Even if there is a branch company overseas, MIS can still set security policy
and control computers in the entire company through control panel. MIS can set
limits of authority for users, including the authority of data reading and
writing, printing documents, the usage of software/hardware, Internet surfing,
Internet data transmission, etc. This product received the 'Out­stan­ding IT
Applications and Products Award' and applied for about forty software patents,
including Taiwan, China, Japan, and United States. Currently, there are four
language versions, which are traditional Chinese, sim­plified Chinese
character, English, and Japanese version.
