Chennai-based Exelan Networking Technologies, a key partner for AMP (Tyco

Electronics) an up-and-coming networking integrator, is aiming at a turnover of

Rs 50 crore by this year-end. The company is on an aggressive growth path and is

planning to offer end-to-end solutions in the networking space. “We tied-up

recently with US-based Fluke Networks to offer their complete range of products

in India. We also opened an office in Bangalore, as part of our geographical

expansion program. In the next stage, we will add more networking products in

our bouquet of offerings and look at new markets such as Ahmedabad and Kolkata

to expand our business,” said S Premdoss Samson, Director, Exelan.

Exelan got into networking business in 1995. It deals with the complete range

of structured cabling products from AMP, which includes copper and fiber

solutions. “A couple of year back, we decided to get into active components

market also and signed up with Cisco-Linksys in the process. Now, Fluke Networks

relationship will expose us to testing market space,” he said.
