Exchange old monitor for new: Microtek

Microtek International, a leading peripheral manufacturing company, has announced exchange offer for the monitors. This is an exclusive offer from Microtek for the Chennai market. "Any buyer can bring their old 14-inch or 15-inch monitor (any brand) in working condition and exchange for new Microtek FlatVision 17-inch monitor at Rs 6,250. The exchange offer will be available till early next year," said Sandeep Mathur, Branch Manager, Microtek International Ltd. Microtek has nominated Chennai-based Delta Computers, which is its one of the authorized distributors in this region, as an official partner to take care of this exchange program in the city.

Microtek's FlatVision 17-inch monitor, a recently launched product, is priced Rs 10,000 in the open market and the company is offering the same for Rs 6,250 under the exchange program just to promote it in the market, according to the company official. "We are bundling free software CDs also in this exchange program," he said. The new FlatVision 17-inch monitor comes with a three-year on-site warranty.

The company plans to extend this exchange offer to Coimbatore and Madurai markets shortly.
