Eurotech to expand channel base

Bengaluru-based technology distribution
company Eurotech Technologies is planning to expand its channel base
in India. Sharing channel plans, Anuj Jain, MD Eurotech said, “We
are now gearing up for the next phase of market growth and expansion
plans in the country. There is a large base of customers in the
tier-1 and tier-II cities and a huge need for IT infrastructure.
Keeping this in mind we are looking for expanding our presence.”

Eurotech offers enclosures and
networking components along with enterprise solutions for SMB's.
The company has its branches in Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi.
Elaborating on the company's focus Jain said, “This year our
focus is on the entire range of new products and channels. The
channel program represents a core component of our overall strategic
investment in channel resources. Our program will enable and support
channel partners by providing access to key marketing and sales
tools.” Eurotech is also planning to conduct
road shows and seminars across the country.

Jain is looking at channel and consumer
connect programs for its better pricing and delivery terms. He added,
“With enhanced relationship and with an access to global industry
participation we will garner national and international recognition
and access to early business critical information from the vendor.
Additionally we do co-branding, joint event participation, provide
access to complete product and services portfolio, and also share the
market insights.”

Eurotech has recently appointed four
channel streams across metros (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and
Delhi). The company is planning to scale up its channel partner base
across tier-2 cities in India. Jain remarked, “We are looking
forward to appoint three to four SIs and more channel partners.”
The company is on the lookout for channel partners who are aggressive
with a sound technical background, as well as having a strong market
presence in the up-market cities of the country.
