ESS launches Cellbiz

Eastern Software Systems (ESS) an e-business software provider has launched Cellbiz, Asia's first WAP enabled enterprise solution. Cellbiz offers a technology that brings the power of the ERP to the mobile screen. Cellbiz can be accessed using

WAP phone by configuring your phone, for logging on to www.cellbizframe.com.

It is apparently a value addition to Ebizframe- an e-commerce-enabling package launched by ESS in early 2000. Cellbiz enables the WAP device users, to access the Ebizframe database and conduct transactions on the WAP phone. Once logged on, the user has the access to critical information of the ERP, running in the corporate premises and thus enables the concept of anytime, anywhere connected workforce.
