Epson has announced that it has strengthened its customer service networks in
north India with a focus on Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. In the recent past,
Epson has added eight new service centers in Raja-sthan and 11 other in Uttar
Pradesh.
According to Vijay Kumar, Senior Manager, Customer Support, " With the
addition of new service centers, Epson has its presence in around 89 cities,
thereby enabling bet-ter customer support. Going forward, with the customer base
increasing we will be opening service centres in new customer locations."
He further added that as a part of this strategy, the company will open 'Express
Service Centers' to garner presence in all the major metros and IT markets in
India.
In a concerted effort to keep its service partners abreast of the company's
plans and activities, Epson organizes service partner meets every year. In
addition to this initiative, Epson also has mobile vans in all major cities.
