Epson India Pvt Ltd has announced that it has completed its Q1 service partner meets across the country. Epson has 133 authorized service providers who are spread across 64 locations.
In a concerted effort to keep its service partners abreast of the company's plans and activities, Epson organizes service partner meets every quarter. These meets are organized at each of the four regions and are attended by the service partners from that particular region.
The agenda of the meet is a complete review of all service related activities, detailed strengths and weakness analysis is attempted, improvement areas are identified and the plan to tackle the same is finalized.
Additionally, every year, Epson recognizes the best co-ordinator, best engineer and the best service center and confers them with a cash award plus a trophy. The awards for the year gone by were handed out at every region during the recently concluded meets.
As a token of appreciation for the services rendered, the company also conferred an attractive memento to each service partner. Epson's latest e-CRM initiatives were also shared across the board with all partners. The positive response from all quarters to this was overwhelming. The consensus was that the e-CRM initiative was well planned and already helping in improving the deliverables.
According to Vijay Kumar, Senior Manager (Customer Support), Epson, "Epson's service is going from strength to strength.
Such meets help us stay in close contact with the people who are making this possible. Our partners appreciate the level of communication we have and are happy with the turn around time we constantly deliver. In the year ahead we are only going to get even better."
