Chennai-based Enhancement Technologies, providers of call center training and solution is in an expansion mode. Call Center Academy (CCA), the company's call center training arm, will be appointing franchisees in Kerala, Hyderabad and Bangalore. In addition to this they will be foraying into BPO from the month of July.

CCA, which started operations in 2001 currently, has four franchisees - one in Chennai, three in Kerala and two at Hyderabad. By the end of June, the company intends to scale the number by appointing five franchisees in Karnataka, Bangalore and Tamil Nadu, three in Hyderabad and two in Kerala. CCA will give to its franchisees knowledge and experience transfer, copyrighted training method, generate placement opportunities for candidates trained at the Academy and all the students trained will be certified by their International Call Center Experts. 

Currently CCA has placement tie-ups with ISeva (Bangalore), Khoday Contact Center and ADFC (HDFC bank contact center). "We are negotiating with GE and HSBC for placement tie-ups. Eight months back we floated our own call center - Enhanced Customer Care. This is a 48-seater call center and we absorbed the candidates who were trained at CCA. By the end of June, from being a outbound call center we will move on to inbound calls and grow to 100-seater call center," added VR Krishnan, President and COO, Enhancement Group of Companies.
