Email, voice support packages for Lotus Notes available: SlashSupport

SlashSupport, a subsidiary of Cybernet Software Systems (CSS) with a technical center in Chennai, has announced the availability of email and voice technical support packages for Lotus Notes applications.

SlashSupport offers both administrator and development level support for Lotus applications. For administrator level support, some of the services offered include implementation of Domino Systems, SMTP setup, fine tuning of Domino servers, upgrades and migration. At the development level, services range from support for application design and formula language to data import/export from Domino and customized report generation.
