ECS showcases Intel four series chipset motherboards

Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) announced its four series motherboards at
Computex 2008, which was held in Taipei. The company is already out with its
three series P35T-A, G33T-M2, G31T-M, etc. It has features including ECS
QooltechTM II silent cooler, Intel XMP DDR3 1600 memory and PCI Express 2.0 were
displayed on live demo area. ECS showcased its Blu-Ray playback demo stand for
customer to experience the high definition video and audio entertainment.

ECS X48T-A utilizes Intel X48 chipset, supports Intel XMP Dual Channel DDR3
1600 memory, FSB 1600, ATI CrossfireTM X technology, ECS QooltechTM II silent
cooler and features dual Gigabit LAN, Ultra I/O Rear Panel, etc. ECS QooltechTM
II silent cooler adopts a copper tube, which can provide heat transfer capacity
and reduces the system temperature. In addition, ECS Motherboard Intelligent
BIOS (MIB) provides the user-friendly interface, which allows users to adjust
those over clocking-related options all in a single page.

With P45T-A, P43T-A2, ECS will meet a wide range of gamers' needs, ECS P45T-A
features-PCI Express Auto Gear Mode to provide two modes of optimized graphics
performance for gamers. Under dual graphics mode, both graphics cards will work
at x8 bandwidth for better load balance, which is optimized for ATI CrossFireX
technology. While in single graphics mode, the graphics card will be geared up
to work at x16 bandwidth automatically. Moreover, ECS P45T-A supports max memory
capacity up to 16GB, Gigabit LAN, 8-channel high definition audio, Ultra I/O
Rear Panel and ECS MIB utility as well. With the differentiation of the targeted
segments, ECS P43T-A2 focuses more on providing an affordable solution with good
quality for the mainstream segment. Except for the support for ATI CrossFireX
technology, PCI Express Auto Gear Mode, and ECS MIB. Utility, the P43T-A2
motherboard is equipped.

For next-generation multimedia entertainment, both ECS G45T-M and ECS G43T-M
are eligible for high definition video playback, equipped with an additional
PCIe 2.0 x16 slot as well for future upgrade. Featuring the latest Intel X4500HD
graphics core, the G45T-M motherboard is even capable to support hardware-level
decoding acceleration for Blu-ray and HD-DVD videos. To fulfill the requirements
of graphics performance, which comes with Windows VistaTM operation system, ECS
G45T-M and G43T-M both support Microsoft DirectX 10, Gigabit LAN and 8-channel
high definition audio that enables the better entertainment experience. Both of
these two motherboards are solutions to satisfy any applications

of digital home entertainment with their slimmer dimensions and lower TDP.

These new motherboards introduce plenty of advanced Intel technologies, which
present an entirely different appearance of computer technology.
