ECIL, Tera Software tie-up

Tera Software Ltd has infor-med BSE that it has signed an agreement with
Electronics Corpo-ration of India Ltd (ECIL) to implement the e-governance
project of the Motor Vehicles Department, State Government of Kerala. To part
finance the project issue of share warrants is being considered by the mem-bers
at the Extra Ordi-nary General Meeting scheduled to be held on May 20, 2005.
