Eaton opens Professional Services Center at Pune

Eaton Corp recently inaugurated its Professional Services Center at Kharadi,
Pune. Located at the EON Free Zone, the facility was inaugurated by Alexander M
Cutler, Chairman and CEO, Eaton.  The center will include engineering support,
research, product development, financial shared services and other IT-enabled
services.

“We're pleased to be located at this state-of-the-art facility at EON. Eaton
has become a global power management company, focused on the efficient and
growing use of electrical, fluid and mechanical power. This location emphasizes
our commitment to India and to providing leading-edge products and services to
our customers,” Cutler said.

The new facility will house an estimated 1,300 employees by 2010.
