Fueled by the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the transition of the US healthcare industry from ICD-9 to ICD-10, e4e will expand its „best-shoring‟ delivery capability in the Philippines, in addition to its current delivery centers in the US and in India. The healthcare industry makes up for 17.7% of the US GDP, approaching $3 trillion in annual spend and is projected to grow to $4.8 trillion by 2021, thereby increasing the outsourcing opportunity.

e4e‟s Philippines center will have 200+ employees in 2014 and will increase to over 500 employees in 2015.

"The tectonic changes in the US healthcare industry, has increased cost pressure on the providers, the payers and the entire US healthcare ecosystem. Besides automation and process reengineering, the US Healthcare industry will need to outsource more, to optimize costs and improve internal efficiencies. These factors are fueling robust growth in healthcare outsourcing from the US. Our investment and expansion in the Philippines, allows us to maximize the abundant healthcare talent available in the country, while leveraging its cultural affinity to the US. We will now offer our US Healthcare clients broader "best shoring" options to meet their increasingly sophisticated needs, requirements and in delivering tangible business value to them." said Mr. Bhaskar Menon, CEO & President, e4e Inc.

The e4e Philippines Center will provide services in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Payer Domain and other Value-added Services.

e4e is a member of the Philippines Business Process Outsourcing community and will continue to work closely with the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) in achieving its mission of promoting the competitive advantage and growth potential of the Philippines in existing and new areas of healthcare outsourcing.
