Dynalog India Ltd is eyeing the VoIP and net telephony market to give a major
boost to its server business. The company is in the process of negotiating with
ISPs and others planning to become VoIP service providers.

Shrikant Wadekar, Head (Marketing), Dynalog, said, “Some of the players in
the VoIP market have already placed orders for the industrial servers. Among
those who have purchased these servers from us, include Sify. Internet telephony
is likely to add fillip to the growth rate in the coming year as many more new
users come on to it, initially for telephony and then graduate to other uses.”

The company has introduced these servers in technical collaboration with
Taiwan based Advantech. Dynalog is the first company to introduce these servers
in the Indian market branded as ‘Dynamite series’. These industrial servers
forms the backbone of both the call centers as well as VoIP since these are the
servers that allow computer telephony integration.
