of the leaders in security space, recently appointed Philip SM to
oversee its operations in Saarc region. Philip will be based in
Chennai and will lead the operations of Cyberoam in Sri Lanka, Nepal,
Maldives and Bangladesh. Philip will handle overall UTM and Netgenie
business in these countries and will be reporting to Sunil Sharma,
VP, sales, Cyberoam, India and Saarc.
Philip will be appointing members for his team in all the countries.
Philip, who has more than 17 years of experience in the industry,
prior to Cyberoam, was with G7 InfoTech as head, pre-sales. Speaking
with The DQ Week, Sharma said, “Philip is the right person to
oversee company's Saarc operations. His rich experience in
technical space will definitely strengthen our channel business.” A
Chemistry graduate with technical and sales certifi cations, Philip
started his career with Gemini Communications in 1997 and later
worked with many companies like Network Solutions, 3D Networks, and
Precision Techserve.
