The association of computer traders-Trichy gets a new team for the forthcoming financial year. The new members assumed office in the general body (GB) meeting conducted recently by the association.
K.Manikandan of Thrive electronics will be the new president, Suresh Kumar of Terabyte Technologies will be the secretary, Shanmuga Sundaram of Unique system is the vice-president while Padmanabhan of perfect computers will be the PRO.
Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', Manikandan said that, increasing the member strength to 100, issuing id cards and certificates to all members, conducting social welfare activities will be the key motto in his tenure. "We would like to create a state-of-art website for the association, creating awareness towards original software products to eradicate piracy and implementation-cum-monitoring of common service charges will be effective soon." Manikandan also said that an exhibition will be conducted following the lines of the previous years and GB meetings will be conducted in every two months apart from conducting family get to gathers. "Apart from the aforesaid initiatives, steps will be taken to initiate and identifying a place for building our dream ACTT's own premises for our official functioning", he concluded.
The association has 54 members from Trichy, Perambalur and Ariyalur. The new office bearers also said they are ready to lend a helping hand for the channel partners in Ariyalur and Perambalur districts form their own association. It is also to be noted that B.Kuberan, CEO, VBK computers, Trichy, a member of the ACTT has been the president.
