Digital GlobalSoft Ltd has announced its operating outlook going forward based on the initiative to establish the company as a consolidated focal point for HP services global delivery capabilities in India and as a preferred vendor.
Digital is likely to report higher EPS from FY 2004 onwards, compared with Rs 31.90 reported for FY 2003. Further, as informed to BSE, the transaction is expected to be EPS accretive in FY 2005, the first full year of combined operations. Som Mittal, President and CEO, Digital Global Soft, said, "The initiative to establish Digital as HP Services preferred vendor in India provides us numerous growth opportunities and business commitments which are not available without the complete implementation of this plan." "We remain focussed on maintaining our growth trajectory and we are aiming to deliver accelerated performance that includes achieving revenues of over Rs 12 billion in FY 2005 and Rs 20.5 billion in FY 2007 and thereby creating incremental value for our shareholders in the future," he added.
