Dell has introduced Inspiron 2200 notebook computer for customers who
primarily want to access the Internet, write e-mails or work with
personal-productivity software applications. Priced from Rs 52,673, the Inspiron
2200 can be configured with an Intel Celeron M 350 (1.3GHz), or Pentium M 725
(1.6GHz) processor. This notebook features the new Intel 910GML chipset with the
integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 (Intel GMA 900) graphics with up
to 64MB shared memory.
Featuring 256MB to 1.28GB DDR RAM (shared), users can also configure their
system with a choice of storage drives up to 60GB. It also features 10/100 LAN
and integrated 56K6 v.92 capable modem with optional integrated Wi-Fi (802.11b/g
or 802.11a/b/g). It comes with a choice of optical drives: DVD-ROM, DVD/CD-RW
combo or DVD+/-RW/+R.
The notebook comes with one-year next business day on-site service and
optional on-site service is also available.
