After China, Dell introduces Engineers Club in India

Dell India would be announcing a unique initiative for its channel partners- Dell's Engineer's Club, today in mumbai. In the light of this new initiative representatives of Dell globally and in India including Edwin Ng, Sales Director, Enterprise Channel APJ, Pamela Lim, Enterprise Enablement and Certification Programs Director for APJ to India and Ajay Kaul Director & General Manager, Global Commercial, India will be rolling out this unique initiative.

Dell India, will be launching the Dell Engineers Club for the first time in India on January 10, 2013.

Dell's Engineers Club is an initiative to educate partners around the data centre technologies like storage, networking and Enterprise Solutions. The platform will engage with technical experts, channel partners etc in the Indian IT industry to share ideas, trends and best practices.

Over the time, Dell has been under transformation to an end-to-end solutions, the company has broadened the company's capabilities and opened up a new set of business opportunities globally and in India. Hence, in line with this transformation, Dell India sees the channel as a key stake holder. It will invest in growing partner capabilities who will validate the new Dell story to customers.

Selected engineers who will be invited to register with the club will be provided an opportunity to enhance their knowledge & capabilities on Dell's advanced solutions around server, storage, security and cloud technologies therefore enabling their overall professional development . The platform will also enable technical experts across the IT industry to network, exchange ideas, and share industry trends and best practices
