DaksheServices has announced that it won the 'Frost&Sullivan Market Engineering Award for Customer Leadership 2001 in Indian Outsourced call center market'. The award is in recognition of Daksh's role in being ahead in Customer service in terms of responsiveness to customer needs and being continually focussed on long and short-term customer profitability goals.

To choose the recipient of this award, the analyst team at Frost&Sullivan tracked trends and 30 existing players in the Call Center market. This was accomplished through interviews with major market participants and extensive secondary research.

The award is based on criteria including efficiency of handling a customer call, frequency of downtime, etc.
