D-Link to implement ESS' ebizframe

D-Link (India) Ltd has recently adopted Eastern Software Systems' (ESS) ERP solution to redesign the business processes of the company. ESS Web-enabled ERP 'ebizframe' will automate D-Link's head office in Mumbai and its manufacturing facilities in Goa, thereby integrating the various business functions of the company online. 

Explaining the need for ERP solution and the reasons for selecting ESS's ebizframe, spokesperson of D-Link said, "We have been growing at a rapid rate and needed a software package to automate and Web-enable our various processes. We selected ESS' ebizframe as we found it suited our needs and we hope that the implementation of this package would provide significant value addition to our business processes."

Following are the key benefits which D-link will accrue from this ERP implementation by
ESS: 

• ESS will automate D Link's head office in Mumbai and its manufacturing unit in Goa. The database stored at both the locations will be replicated at predefined intervals of time, which will enable smooth information exchange between the two locations. This will also enable D-Link India to send updated reports to D-Link Corporation, Taiwan.

• D-Link will be able to manage its production processes efficiently as ebizframe will provide timely and updated stock and finished goods reports. This in turn will help in improved inventory monitoring and control and help D-Link meet customer deadlines. 

• ebizframe will handle entire HR management for D link right from employee accounts management to PF, income tax and other statutory deductions.
