D-Link appoints service partners

D-Link is expanding the reach of its service centers and therefore has

appointed service partners in Surat, Baroda, Nagpur, Raipur and Jammu to provide

service and support for D-Link and Digilink range of products.

Digicare, the service division of D-Link consists of RMA centers/service

centers, technical assistance center, ie customer support center and a direct

service department. The role of a RMA center or a service center is to fulfill

warranty, collect and replace products and provide repair and refurbishment

services.

Balgond Chougula, AVP-Service and Support, D-Link India said, “In our

constant endeavor to be reachable to our customers, we have already established

25 service centers pan India by now and aim to have 20 more through our Digicare

service partner model in this financial year. We will extend all our support to

Digicare service partners to enable them to provide high level of service for

their customers.”
