Customer Broadcast Ltd announced the launch of its initiative to enrich customer service and ensure customer loyalty, thereby making it a "total customer services management company." For this purpose, Customer Broadcast will address all segments of the media that customers may use to seek redressal and also their convergence - be it telephone, fax, email or emerging web technologies.

NS Raghavan, co-founder and former joint Managing Director, Infosys Technologies Ltd, will be associated as the Principal Advisor, and the Sumeet Group of companies have been signed on as the first clients of Customer Broadcast.

To that end, it utilizes innovative methodologies such as a single, round-the-clock and telephone numbers ending in 007 so that it can be easily memorized, and deploys emerging web technologies such as call center services, Internet hosting, WAP services and ASP.
