PC components and peripherals device vendor, Cooler Master concluded an intensive three cities 'Dealer Meet' across Gujarat. The key objective of these partner engagement programs were to promote the company's new product lines as well as educate the partners about innovative features that the company intends to roll out into this market.
The dealer meet was conducted on 17th June onwards covering Ahmedabad, Baroda and Surat with each city witnessing participation from tier-1 and tier-2 partners.
Commenting on this, Crane Chen, country manager India, Cooler Master said, " The aim of organizing dealer meet is to interact with all partners under one roof, introduce and showcase new products and brief them about future strategy."
During the session channel partners got an opportunity to interact with Cooler Master team and they got to ask technical queries. In each of these meets, the technical queries were aptly answered as all new products were displayed and demonstrated. Crane said, "Dealer meet also provides a perfect platform for communicating with the channel partners and educate them on the unique features and benefits offered by our products. It also served as a good platform for our dealers to interact with CM team and get their queries solved."
The main highlight of the meets were the recently launched product lines such as N series and K series chassis, V, GX-II and G series power supplies, seidon liquid coolers and the entire range of laptop cooling pads.
Crane said, "It was a rewarding and positive experience and we are very pleased with the outcome and response received. We hope these meets have filled some of those knowledge gaps too. This will also strengthen our bond with channel partners."
The company will continue to conduct similar training as well as channel engagement programs in the future.
