The unique feature of the website is that the usage is not just

restricted to members of CMDA but also useful for the end-users. "The

end-user visiting the website will have to register themselves by giving their

contact number and e-mail address. This database will be circulated to the

dealers as leads," said Shital Nahar, General Secretary, CMDA.

There will also be a blog-based technical support for the

end-user who can post their queries on the blog, which will then be answered by

the technical support team.

"The website will display a list of all the products with

its MRP and also a list of service center will be displayed for the

end-users," informed Nahar.

The association claims to have conducted research based on which

they have accordingly designed the website. "The website will also be a

platform and means of communication to display the various activities and events

that CMDA hosts for its members. It will also post information on malpractices

that have been reported to CMDA," he added.

Everyday the website will flash a list of 10 dealers free of

cost under the section 'Dealer of the Day'.
