Misra pointed out that MCube telephony solution is beneficial for channels partners in two ways. One the telephony itself gives an entry for channel partners into a business much easier so they can sell more products of their own. Secondly, it gives channel partners multiple applications related to this telephony system to be sold to its business as well.

"Also, they will have an opportunity to sell our cloud telephony product along with our business modules like support module or lead module," he said.

When asked how affordable MCube will be for small enterprises as money plays a key role for small businesses, Misra said: "The way we look at telephony was when you go to a large corporation, they have all these sophisticated telephonic recording systems that record the conversations or allow you to do conferences, but however, they have spent huge sums of money doing that. But we have made it affordable to the extent that business of any size can afford it."

"It's like when you go out with family of four to a decent restaurant, the amount of money you spend there is the amount you'll spent on the monthly subscription to a cloud telephony system," he added.

Misra also pointed out that Indian market is grossly under served, so right now their focus is on Indian market because it itself is a huge area to look into. However, they have plans to go global in the coming years.
