Cisco announces WIN for its tier 2 channel partners

Cisco systems, a company dealing in networking for the Internet, has announced replacement support program for its Tier 2 Channel partners in India and SAARC called Warranty Insured Network (WIN). 

As per this program, Cisco's distributors and resellers would receive Advance Replacement Next Business Day (ARNBD) shipment support for business critical networking gear for customers across the length and breadth of India. With this program the resellers now do not have to invest in spares inventory and would be able to boost their Annual maintenance contract (AMC), give pre-defined Service Level Agreement

(SLA). 

This is a one-year service program, which can be renewed annually. Resellers can build an annuity service business with this service proposition.

The Key Service Components of this support program include electronic based help desk support on weekdays, advance replacement of parts to partner depot (shipped Next Business Day from depot) as well as IOS software maintenance releases. Products that would come under this would be defined by Cisco and the same would be made available to the partners and resellers. 

The support program would automatically apply to all purchases of new products defined in the product list. This product list consists of around 99 percent of Cisco's products. 

The Advanced Replacement support program compliments Cisco's extensive support services infrastructure in India. Cisco has five Rapid Fulfillment Depots across India as well as Service Logistics depot in Bangalore. In addition, Cisco Systems provides its channels with core support services that include 24 x 7 access to Cisco's Global TACs upgrades and enhancements; registered access to Cisco Connection Online (CCO); and advance replacement of hardware.

These initiatives provide a complete support infrastructure to Cisco partners and provide the highest standards of customer service and support.
