The event was organized as a part of the Confed-ITA's association development activities. Balakrishnan, CEO, BCS computers, Erode, was the resource person. Some of the key aspects like administration of the office, appointment of the right staff for the right position, tackling the market fearlessly and time management including punctuality were discussed during the issue. Balakrishnan also suggested members not to worry about losing a customer and selling a product for cheap margin. The participants were told to maintain their accounts properly and categorize their business into three categories which is giving major revenue (Sales, Service and Annual Maintenance Contract). The partners were also motivated just to remain as an administrator on concentrate more on the day-to-day activities rather going for service calls instead of appointing a person dedicated for that.

Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', Balakrishnan said, "IT business, if done perfectly will be the best place to make good money. However, there is a negative wane among all the partners which exhibits a negative approach towards the business as such." He said that three things are very important for the channel business. "First the channel partners should maintain their accounts properly. Then, the profit should be concentrated well and there is no harm in dropping the brand which does not gives any profit and the final is the relationship with both customers and vendors.", he further added.
Speaking on the event, Ramamoorthy, President, CIMITA, said, "First, I would like to thank the president of Confed-ITA, B.Kuberan for sanctioning fund for our event. Also, the resource person for his valuable inputs"
