CeBIT 2005, in German territory

The delegation also visited Hannover and Hamburg from March 10 -14 to take
part in CeBIT 2005, the largest IT Fair in the world. A presentation titled
Advantage Bengal was made at Indo-German ICT Forum, Hamburg Chamber of Commerce
and Hannover Chamber of Commerce. Meet-ings were also held with Sie-mens, Aviva
Tenovis, CISCO Systems, Lucent Technologies and many other IT companies at
Hannover.

The fair broadened the horizon for the Business houses in the delegation. A
letter of intent/MoU was signed between JDS Technologies, Kolkata, and
WorldSport TV GmbH at Bremen, Germany for manufacturing Digital Set Top Boxes
suitable to German and European markets. More business tie-ups are likely to
materialize soon.
