Speaking to ‘The DQ Week', Gokul, President, CDAT, said "Our association has 130 registered members and we conduct election once in every two years and my team is one-and-half-years old." He also said that the association was once much active in conducting regular get together and regular internal communications and due to some reasons, the association started meeting only for major issues. "We are planning to bring all the members together and make the association even more active in the immediate effect. We are also planning to conduct computer exhibitions for the revenue generation aspect of the association members", he further added. He also said that the association has plans for conducting training programmes to educate the members on the margins for every product.

On the challenges faced by the partners, he told that many of the partners are having issues in selling the cartridges. "Our major concern is with the shrinking margin. Also, in some cases, especially in the cartridges, we are having issues with the labeled price where the maximum retail price is lesser than the transfer price", he said further adding that the association is planning to concentrate more on that as this has also impacted their relationship with their customers.
