BUSY conducted its partners meet from 1st-4th November at Riverview Retreat Resort, Jim Corbett, Uttrakhand. The event saw a gathering of more than 120 partners including overseas partners.
In his keynote address, Dinesh Gupta, MD, Busy InfoTech, shared his vision of making BUSY a complete ERP solution for SMEs. He emphasized on the importance of developing the BUSY education ecosystem and shared tie-ups done in this direction. He also talked about the aggressive expansion of Busy in overseas market. He concluded by identifying GST as a huge opportunity in the coming time for this sector.
"The purpose of the meet was to bring everyone on the same platform and collectively move forward. We shared the product and marketing roadmap with partners, along with other key initiatives taken to strengthen our ecosystem," said Varun Yadav, spokesperson, senior manager, marketing and international business.
BUSY also honored its best performing partners with awards during the event. The categories included: emerging partner, prestigious installation, biggest implementation, special achievement, outstanding sales performance (metro, A, B, C cities and overseas).
"This is a very good platform for us to interact with team BUSY and other partners as it helps in gaining an insight into new ideas, market trends amongst other things," said a master channel partner of Busy Infotech after winning the outstanding sales performance award.
Busy InfoTech has joined hands with Smart Choice Learning to set up BUSY academies to develop a trained manpower with host of skills and hands-on experience on the software. A presentation was shared by the head of Smart Learning, Abhay Kumar detailing on the course of action, approach and the deliverables.
Apart from this a demo session of 'Mipsum for BUSY' and 'BUSY on Web' was also held. Mipsum for BUSY application allows access of BUSY data using any android-based phone, whereas 'BUSY on Web application allows users to access BUSY data remotely through a browser based interface.
Besides business interest, equal importance was given to recreation and entertainment by including sessions of team building and fun activities. The activities included tug of war, cricket, treasure hunt, archery, swimming, table tennis and trekking.
