Bull Power to bring `Chota' in to the market

As part of its nationwide expansion program, Hyderabad-based Bull Power Infotech, a total power conditioning solution provider, has appointed city-based Jayas Computers as its regional distributor for promoting its range of UPS solutions.

Meanwhile, the company is ready to launch its new range of power product--Bit Chota UPS, in a few weeks. "The new range is being brought in to address the economy class of market. The Bit Chota UPS is to be priced competitively at Rs 3,500 and it is ideally suited for single PC user," said KS Ramchandra Rao, Manager - Channel Marketing, Bull Power Infotech (P) Ltd.

The `Chota' range would have a back-up time of 15 minutes and comes with built-in battery model. It also has AVR feature which protects from power surge problems and the new generation SMART circuitry ensures high-performance level. "Our aggressive business strategies would give a better position to the product in the market," he said.

The company has entitled Jayas to market its wide spectrum of power products both in the online and off-line category. "In online, we have products with specifications starting from 2 KVA up to 60 KVA and off-line has 500 VA and 1 KVA model," said Rao. Jayas Computers would also be a service partner for Bull Power Infotech in this region.

The company plans to have 100 channel partners in the network before the end of this fiscal.

The company is expanding its operations in Tamil Nadu by entering newer markets such as Salem, Madurai, Vellore and Trichy, in the next month and also getting in to Kerala and Karnataka shortly. "Our major expansion would be in East and West India this year," he added.
