Brother International has introduced 'Service First' program under which

the company will offer a three-year warranty on laser printers, and laser MFD.

It will provide a two-year warranty on fax machines and one-year on inkjet MFDs.

The company also announced extended warranty packages for customers beyond the

normal three/ two year/ one year offerings under this program.

RS Anand Kumar, Country Manager, Brother International, said, "Our

objective in launching the program is to provide customers with a value-added

service in our range of imaging products that will differentiate us from the

competition. The scheme is aimed at boosting consumer loyalty thus providing

customers with a win-win proposition by offering increased warranty on the

Brother range of products."

Brother has appointed Accel ICIM as the national service provider. The latter

has a direct presence in about 35 locations and reach across 100 locations.

Anand added that with a neutral service provider in Accel ICIM, customers can

surely expect a better level of support and across more cities."
