BenQ appoints two new distis to tap Pune market

BenQ, an important player in the arena of network digital

devices in Indian territory is on an expansion spree. The company has appointed

two new distributors - Aqua­tech Computers and K Comp Services in Pune to

increase its presence.

With the demand of IT products and peripherals on a

consistent rise the com­pany decided to scale its presence in Pune which is

emerging as a very impor­tant market due to set up of various IT companies,

educa­tional institutes and the cosmopolitan gathering.

On the appointment of two new distributors in Pune, Vishal

Shrivastav, Business Manager, BenQ said, “We as a company are looking at

reaching people in urban cities like Pune as there has been a consistent demand

of spectrum of IT products such as laptops, projectors, LCD monitors, scanners

keeping in mind the topical develop­ments in the city. The associa­tion with

Aquatech Compu­ters and K Comp Services will help us in reaching end customers

who are digitally inclined as they have a wide reach in the market.” The

appointment with Aquatech Computers and K Comp Services has come in exis­tence

from March 1, 2006. The newly appointed distri­butors will showcase BenQ LCD

monitors, storage and scanners.

The above two would be the only BenQ authorized

distributors for the Pune region.
